Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets for luxury hotels and resorts in Bali.
- Identify, cultivate, and maintain relationships with high-value corporate clients, travel agencies, and event planners.
- Negotiate and close contracts for room bookings, events, weddings, and corporate retreats.
- Collaborate with marketing and revenue management teams to optimize pricing, promotions, and sales strategies.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive threats, and new business opportunities in Bali’s hospitality sector.
- Represent Dao by Dorsett AMTD at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, providing actionable insights to senior management.
- Lead and mentor a team of sales executives to ensure consistent performance and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in luxury hospitality, hotels, or resorts.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Experience managing corporate accounts, travel agencies, and high-net-worth clients.
- In-depth knowledge of Bali’s hospitality industry, including key players, market trends, and customer preferences.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
