Responsibility

  • Identify and prospect potential clients in the e-commerce sector, including online retailers, marketplaces, and D2C brands, to generate new business opportunities.
  • Conduct in-depth consultations to understand client pain points and demonstrate how BIGSELLER’s ERP solutions can address their operational challenges (e.g., inventory management, order fulfillment, multi-channel sales).
  • Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and product demos tailored to the needs of e-commerce businesses.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with our marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies, gather market feedback, and contribute to product improvements.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets through a mix of inbound leads, outbound prospecting, and strategic account management.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies in e-commerce and ERP software to position BIGSELLER as a market leader.
  • Provide post-sales support to ensure smooth onboarding and client success, fostering upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Proven Experience: 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, ERP software, e-commerce, or related tech industries.
  • E-Commerce Knowledge: Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Lazada, Shopee) and pain points in inventory, order, or supply chain management.
  • Sales Acumen: Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with experience in consultative selling and solution-based presentations.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written English skills; ability to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear, persuasive manner.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable learning and demonstrating software tools; basic understanding of APIs, integrations, or automation is a plus.
  • Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and thrive in a remote-first environment.
  • Customer-Centric: Passion for solving client problems and building long-term relationships.
