Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients through proactive outreach, follow-ups, and personalized solutions.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Bali’s diverse market, including corporate clients, SMEs, and high-net-worth individuals.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts tailored to client requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, customer service) to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipelines, and performance metrics using CRM tools.
- Participate in industry events, networking sessions, and trade shows to expand the company’s presence and generate leads.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven track record of at least 2+ years in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in B2B or B2C environments.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills with a results-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Self-motivated, resilient, and able to work independently or as part of a team in a high-pressure environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
