Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with automotive dealerships, financial institutions, and individual clients to promote CIMB’s auto finance products.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive offerings in the auto finance sector.
- Provide personalized financial consultations to clients, explaining loan terms, interest rates, and repayment options clearly and transparently.
- Process loan applications efficiently, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive outreach, networking, and customer follow-ups.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including credit analysis and customer service, to ensure smooth loan approvals and disbursements.
- Stay updated on industry developments, new financial products, and promotional campaigns to enhance sales strategies.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, analyzing performance metrics and identifying areas for improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. Relevant experience may substitute for formal education.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in financial services, banking, or auto finance.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients and partners.
- In-depth knowledge of financial products, loan structures, and credit evaluation processes.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales management tools to track leads and customer interactions.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required; additional local dialects are a plus.
