Responsibility
- Engage with potential members to understand their fitness goals and recommend suitable membership plans.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive outreach and relationship-building.
- Conduct facility tours and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our programs.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to participate in promotional events and membership drives.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure member satisfaction and retention.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our services.
- Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies to attract new members.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is a plus but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities to close sales effectively.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude and a desire to succeed.
- Basic understanding of fitness or martial arts is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as needed.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is a bonus.
