Responsibility
- Identify and prospect new merchant partners through market research, cold outreach, and networking.
- Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to acquire high-value merchants in Bali’s key business districts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants, understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions.
- Negotiate and close partnership agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for both Radikari and merchants.
- Collaborate with internal teams to onboard merchants smoothly, ensuring all documentation and compliance requirements are met.
- Track and report on sales performance, pipeline growth, and conversion metrics to management.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the merchant space.
- Represent Radikari at industry events, trade shows, and local business gatherings to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Proven track record of at least 1-2 years in sales, business development, or merchant acquisition.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a hunter mentality and a drive to exceed targets.
- Familiarity with Bali’s business landscape and existing merchant networks is a plus.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional local dialects are advantageous.
