Responsibility
- Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, building and maintaining long-term relationships to drive repeat business.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and strategic outreach.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches tailored to client needs.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging markets to stay ahead of the curve.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and market insights to senior management.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Proven track record of at least 5 years in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in the electrical, energy, or industrial sectors.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to engage with C-level executives and decision-makers.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies and meet aggressive targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
