Responsibility

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to expand our customer base in Bali’s automotive sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with workshops, dealerships, and retail partners.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase our premium brands.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Provide after-sales support and resolve customer inquiries promptly.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan promotions and events.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and reports for management review.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the automotive or industrial sector.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel across Bali.
  • Knowledge of automotive products (tires, lubricants, batteries) is a plus.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Residency or willingness to relocate to Bali.
