Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to expand the company’s footprint in the electrical products market across Bali.
- Identify, engage, and onboard new partners, distributors, and key clients in the LV/MV electrical sector.
- Conduct market research to analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align product offerings with market demands and customer needs.
- Negotiate and close high-value contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements for all stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with industry professionals, government agencies, and private sector leaders.
- Prepare and present business proposals, reports, and forecasts to senior management.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role within the electrical or industrial sector.
- Proven track record of expanding market share and driving revenue growth in B2B environments.
- Strong understanding of LV/MV electrical products, industry standards, and applications.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills in English (additional Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and data analysis tools.
- Willingness to travel frequently across Bali and occasionally to other regions in Indonesia.
