Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to acquire new customers in the DSP (Distributor Sales Partner) segment across Bali.
- Identify and engage potential clients, conduct market research, and analyze competitive trends to drive sales growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key distributors, retailers, and business partners in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, and surrounding areas.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns and promotional strategies for the Bali market.
- Monitor sales performance, track KPIs, and provide regular reports to management on progress and challenges.
- Represent Magna Prime at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
- Ensure timely delivery of products and resolve any customer issues to maintain long-term business relationships.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (3+ years) in B2B sales, distributor management, or area sales leadership, preferably in the chemical, FMCG, or industrial sectors.
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and expanding market share.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English (additional Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Experience in market analysis, customer segmentation, and sales forecasting.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Willingness to travel within Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, Badung) as needed.
