Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for medical equipment and devices.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors, hospital administrators, and clinic managers.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients, highlighting the benefits and features of medical devices.
- Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and customer feedback to management for strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns tailored to the healthcare sector.
- Provide excellent after-sales support, including troubleshooting, training, and addressing client concerns to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to expand your professional network and generate leads.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field. A background in healthcare or medical sales is a plus.
- Proven track record of at least 2-3 years in sales, preferably in the medical, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with medical terminology, equipment, and the healthcare industry landscape is highly advantageous.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required by the role.
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a significant advantage.
