Responsibility

  • Lead and mentor a team of sales executives to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the corporate client base in Bali and surrounding regions.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitive insights, and new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling sales pitches, proposals, and promotional materials.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze KPIs, and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients while ensuring profitability and compliance with company policies.
  • Organize and participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate sales, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B or corporate environment.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
  • Fluency in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
  • Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
