Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and expand customer base.
- Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, highlighting the features and benefits of industrial equipment and systems.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with the engineering and product development teams to ensure customer requirements are met and to provide feedback on market trends.
- Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to management.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote the company’s products and services.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry developments, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the industrial equipment or systems sector.
- Strong technical knowledge of industrial equipment and systems, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a results-driven approach.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel within the region as required.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
