Responsibility

  • Develop and implement strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and retention for key clients.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with high-value customers through regular engagement and proactive communication.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts to expand market share.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, finance) to ensure seamless delivery of products/services and resolve client concerns.
  • Monitor account performance, analyze sales data, and provide actionable insights to optimize strategies.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on account status, sales forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to position solutions effectively.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in key account management, sales, or business development, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and growing client accounts.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess client needs and market opportunities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Fluency in English (written and verbal); Indonesian language skills are a plus.
