Responsibility
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in welding and MRO consumables.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and industry partners.
- Provide technical support and product demonstrations to customers as needed.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach in Bali and surrounding regions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and exceptional customer service.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote company products.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in welding, industrial equipment, or MRO consumables.
- Strong technical knowledge of welding products and industrial solutions.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions.
