Responsibility
- Assist the Sales Manager in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.
- Manage and nurture relationships with key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as Sales, Data Administration, and Accounting to resolve guest inquiries and requests.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends.
- Organize and participate in sales meetings, events, and client presentations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards in all sales activities.
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests and clients, addressing their needs promptly and professionally.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or hospitality.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of the hospitality industry and market trends is a plus.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
