Responsibility
- Contact potential clients via phone, email, or chat to discuss insurance options
- Explain policy details, benefits, and coverage options clearly and professionally
- Assist clients in selecting the best insurance plans for their needs
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and policy details
- Follow up with leads and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance goals

Qualifications
