Responsibility
- Conduct outbound and inbound calls to prospective clients to discuss insurance needs and solutions.
- Provide personalized insurance consultations and recommend suitable policies based on client requirements.
- Educate clients on policy benefits, terms, and coverage options in a clear and professional manner.
- Follow up with leads and existing clients to nurture relationships and close sales.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Accurately document client interactions and transactions in the company’s CRM system.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product updates, and regulatory changes in insurance.
- Collaborate with the team to share best practices and improve sales strategies.
Qualifications
- No prior insurance experience required—full training provided.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (fluent English required).
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and a passion for sales.
- Comfortable working in a remote, digital-first environment with stable internet access.
- Ability to manage time effectively and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Basic computer literacy (e.g., email, CRM tools, video calls).
- Residing in or able to work from Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.).
