Responsibility

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire SME clients in Bali’s corporate sector.
  • Conduct consultations with business owners and finance teams to identify payment needs.
  • Present Onepip’s cross-border transfer solutions, highlighting cost savings and efficiency.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
  • Maintain CRM records and track sales pipelines for accurate forecasting.
  • Collaborate with marketing to refine messaging for the Indonesian market.
  • Provide post-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Stay updated on fintech trends and regulatory changes affecting cross-border payments.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
  • 3+ years in B2B sales, preferably in fintech, banking, or payments.
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Familiarity with SME financial operations and pain points.
  • Excellent communication in English; Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a hybrid setting.
  • Tech-savvy with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
