As the face of our brand in Bali, you’ll build and nurture relationships with key retailers, distributors, and hospitality partners. Responsibility
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets in assigned territories (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.).
- Identify and onboard new retail partners, distributors, and hospitality clients (hotels, restaurants, cafes) to expand market presence.
- Conduct regular market visits to monitor product placement, pricing, and competitor activity, providing actionable insights to the team.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers through consistent follow-ups, presentations, and negotiations.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute in-store promotions, tastings, and trade activations to boost brand visibility.
- Prepare and present weekly/monthly sales reports, including forecasts, performance metrics, and growth opportunities.
- Stay updated on industry trends, customer preferences, and emerging opportunities in Bali’s F&B and retail sectors.
- Ensure timely order processing, delivery coordination, and resolution of client concerns to maintain high satisfaction levels.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in FMCG, food & beverage, or retail distribution.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and travel frequently within Bali.
- Familiarity with Bali’s retail and hospitality landscape is a strong advantage.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and verbal) is required.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel across assigned territories.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
