Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients in the Bali region.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets through proactive outreach and consultative selling.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends in the local market.
- Present and demonstrate product/service offerings to potential clients with clarity and persuasion.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
- Stay updated on industry developments and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field (fresh graduates with strong interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets (commission-based roles are a plus).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple client accounts efficiently.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is advantageous but not required.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as needed.
- Passion for building relationships and delivering exceptional customer service.
