Responsibility

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Manage and nurture key client accounts, ensuring high satisfaction and retention rates.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance and productivity.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales strategies with branding and promotional campaigns.
  • Monitor sales metrics (KPIs) and prepare regular reports for senior management.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to secure profitable deals.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions in Bali.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in sales management, business development, or account management.
  • Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Deep understanding of the 4Ps of marketing and sales funnel optimization.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with a results-driven mindset.
  • Fluency in English (additional languages, especially Indonesian, are a plus).
