Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Manage and nurture key client accounts, ensuring high satisfaction and retention rates.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance and productivity.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales strategies with branding and promotional campaigns.
- Monitor sales metrics (KPIs) and prepare regular reports for senior management.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to secure profitable deals.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions in Bali.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Masterâs degree is a plus).
- Proven experience (3+ years) in sales management, business development, or account management.
- Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Deep understanding of the 4Ps of marketing and sales funnel optimization.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with a results-driven mindset.
- Fluency in English (additional languages, especially Indonesian, are a plus).
