Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, including salons, spas, and retail partners.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive insights, and new business opportunities in the beauty and wellness sector.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns and brand messaging.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Provide exceptional after-sales support to foster long-term client loyalty and repeat business.
- Track sales performance metrics, analyze data, and generate reports to refine strategies and improve results.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of at least 2-3 years in sales, preferably in the beauty, wellness, or retail industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and passionate about achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are a plus.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions for client meetings and events.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
