Responsibility
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets in the Bali region.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand market share and drive revenue growth for telecommunications products/services.
- Monitor team performance, conduct regular evaluations, and provide actionable feedback to enhance productivity.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners to ensure long-term business success.
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activity to identify opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns and new product launches.
- Prepare and present detailed sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, sales protocols, and ethical business practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership/team lead role (telecom industry preferred).
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets and managing high-performing teams.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to engage clients and stakeholders effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Deep understanding of Bali’s market dynamics and the ability to adapt strategies to local business needs.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional local languages (e.g., Balinese) are advantageous.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
