Responsibility

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets in the HoReCa sector across Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung).
  • Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities with hotels, restaurants, cafés, and catering services.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers, including chefs, F&B managers, and procurement teams.
  • Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in Bali’s HoReCa landscape.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, logistics) to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and client deliverables.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to maximize profitability while delivering value to clients.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
  • Represent DPO International at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the HoReCa (Hotel, Restaurant & Café) or foodservice industry, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Strong network and established relationships with key players in Bali’s hospitality sector (e.g., hotels, restaurants, cafés).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English (additional Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across Bali to meet clients and attend industry events.
  • Passion for the foodservice industry and a deep understanding of HoReCa trends and challenges.
