Responsibility
- Client Acquisition: Identify and engage potential clients in Bali’s commercial, residential, and hospitality sectors to promote accessibility solutions.
- Consultative Selling: Conduct needs assessments, present tailored product recommendations, and address technical inquiries to close sales.
- Market Research: Monitor industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes to position products effectively.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term partnerships with architects, contractors, and property developers.
- Proposal Development: Create compelling, accurate quotes and proposals aligned with client budgets and project requirements.
- Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets through proactive outreach and follow-ups.
- Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the company’s portfolio of elevators, escalators, and mobility aids to advise clients confidently.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the technical and installation teams to ensure seamless project handover and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven Sales Experience: Minimum 2+ years in B2B sales, preferably in construction, real estate, or industrial equipment.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with accessibility solutions, building codes, or capital equipment sales is a plus.
- Communication Skills: Fluent English (written and verbal) with the ability to articulate technical details clearly.
- Negotiation Abilities: Strong persuasion and closing skills to secure high-value contracts.
- Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently, manage a pipeline, and thrive in a target-driven environment.
- Local Market Awareness: Understanding of Bali’s business landscape and key decision-makers is advantageous.
