Responsibility
- Identify and prospect potential merchants in assigned territories through field sales, cold calling, and networking.
- Conduct in-person meetings with business owners to pitch Beep Rewards’ loyalty solutions and close deals.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly merchant acquisition targets to drive revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop localized sales strategies and promotional materials.
- Track and report sales activities, pipeline progress, and market feedback using CRM tools.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and merchant needs to refine sales approaches.
- Participate in training programs to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or merchant acquisition (fintech, payments, or loyalty programs preferred).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a field sales or B2B environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Ability to travel within assigned regions (own transportation is a plus).
- Proficiency in English; additional knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple leads and priorities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields (or equivalent experience).
