Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets in the Bali region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including retailers, distributors, and e-commerce platforms.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns and product launches.
- Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and provide actionable recommendations to senior management.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and trade terms to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular business reviews with customers to assess performance and align on future goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and consumer preferences to drive informed decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer development, preferably in the FMCG or healthcare industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical abilities with proficiency in sales data analysis and reporting.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining high productivity.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales forecasting techniques.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
