Responsibility

  • Lead Sales Engagement Strategy: Develop and implement data-driven engagement plans to maximize customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
  • Team Leadership & Coaching: Mentor and motivate sales teams to exceed targets through effective communication, training, and performance tracking.
  • Campaign Optimization: Oversee multi-channel outreach (email, social, calls) to ensure high conversion rates and personalized customer experiences.
  • CRM & Analytics: Utilize CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to monitor engagement metrics, identify trends, and refine strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring long-term satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align sales efforts with broader business goals.
  • Process Improvement: Streamline sales workflows, automate repetitive tasks, and introduce best practices to enhance efficiency.
  • Market Research: Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities to position SunFish DataOn as a leader in the data solutions space.

Qualifications

  • Proven Experience: 5+ years in sales leadership, engagement management, or business development, preferably in SaaS, data services, or tech industries.
  • Strategic Mindset: Ability to design and execute high-impact sales strategies tailored to diverse customer segments.
  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrated success in leading, coaching, and scaling high-performing sales teams.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot), sales automation tools, and data analytics (Excel, Tableau, or similar).
  • Communication Excellence: Fluent English (written and verbal) with the ability to craft compelling narratives and negotiate effectively.
  • Results-Oriented: Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs in a fast-paced environment.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable working in a dynamic, remote-first setting with a focus on Bali-based operations.
  • Bachelor’s Degree: In Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
