Responsibility
- Develop and execute TikTok-focused sales strategies to acquire and retain high-value clients in Bali and beyond.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and client needs in the social commerce space.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create data-driven campaigns that align with client objectives and platform best practices.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals tailored to client pain points and goals.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to maximize profitability while meeting client expectations.
- Monitor KPIs (e.g., conversion rates, ROI, engagement metrics) and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Provide timely, professional support to address client inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure seamless service delivery.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in digital marketing, social media, or e-commerce (TikTok expertise is a plus).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of TikTok’s ecosystem, including ads, influencer partnerships, and content monetization.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a bonus).
- Ability to analyze market data and translate insights into actionable sales strategies.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
