Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to expand Yili's market presence in Bali.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, distributors, and retail channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry leaders.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive insights, and growth opportunities.
- Lead sales initiatives, negotiate contracts, and achieve revenue targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with company goals and brand strategies.
- Monitor and report on business performance, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Represent Yili at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with the FMCG or dairy industry is a plus.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
