Responsibility
- Manage and grow a portfolio of automotive distributor accounts across Asia, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Oversee inventory planning and order fulfillment to meet demand while minimizing stockouts or excess.
- Coordinate with logistics, finance, and sales teams to streamline supply chain operations and resolve bottlenecks.
- Develop and implement customer engagement strategies, including regular check-ins, performance reviews, and contract negotiations.
- Monitor sales performance metrics (e.g., order volume, delivery timelines, revenue) and provide actionable insights to leadership.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations with professionalism, ensuring swift resolution.
- Collaborate on pricing strategies, promotions, and forecasting to align with market trends and business goals.
- Travel regionally (as needed) to strengthen client relationships and attend industry events or trade shows.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Sales, or a related field.
- Minimum 3â5 years of experience in sales operations, account management, or customer success, preferably in the automotive, manufacturing, or logistics sectors.
- Proven track record of managing distributor networks and achieving sales targets in a B2B environment.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, ERP systems, or CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, SAP).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English; additional Asian languages (e.g., Mandarin, Bahasa) are a plus.
- Ability to travel internationally (up to 20â30% of the time) for client meetings and market visits.
