Responsibility
- Identify and prospect new clients in the freight forwarding and logistics sector.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
- Present tailored logistics solutions to meet client needs and drive sales.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare and deliver sales reports and forecasts.
- Participate in industry events and networking opportunities.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in freight forwarding or logistics.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Self-motivated with a hunter mentality for new business.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally beyond.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or related field (preferred).
