Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets in assigned regions (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.).
- Identify and engage potential clients, including businesses, retailers, and individuals, to promote financial products and services.
- Conduct market research to understand local trends, competitor activities, and customer needs in Baliās diverse economic sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular follow-ups, consultations, and personalized solutions.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical sales practices, including clear BI checking standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, customer service, etc.) to streamline processes and enhance client satisfaction.
- Track sales performance metrics, analyze data, and provide reports to management for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelorās degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven track record of 2+ years in sales, preferably in financial services, banking, or insurance.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with Baliās business landscape (tourism, SMEs, retail) is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
- Clear BI (Bank Indonesia) checking is mandatory.
