Responsibility
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the government and corporate sectors to drive revenue growth.
- Manage the end-to-end tender process, including proposal preparation, submission, and follow-up.
- Negotiate and finalize contracts with clients, ensuring favorable terms and compliance with company policies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, corporate clients, and industry partners.
- Ensure compliance with licensing, regulatory, and industry standards to mitigate risks and enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to develop and implement strategies that support business objectives.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business expansion and innovation.
- Provide regular reports on business development activities, performance metrics, and market insights to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably in government or corporate sectors.
- Proven track record of successfully managing tenders, contracts, and client relationships.
- Experience with e-perolehan or similar digital procurement platforms is highly desirable.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset to drive business growth.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
