Responsibility

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue targets in the Bali market.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing actionable insights to optimize results.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed individual and collective goals.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling campaigns and promotions that drive lead generation.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with new and existing clients to expand the company’s portfolio.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven track record of at least 3+ years in sales, business development, or account management.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with a results-driven mindset.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Deep understanding of sales metrics, KPIs, and performance analysis.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills (e.g., Indonesian) are a plus.
