Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic partnership programs to onboard referral partners (individuals and corporations).
- Identify and engage potential partners through various channels, including digital marketing, networking, and direct outreach.
- Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements to drive mutual business growth.
- Monitor and analyze partnership performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of partner programs.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for business expansion.
- Represent AsiaPay at industry events, conferences, and networking sessions.
- Prepare and present regular reports on partnership activities and business development progress.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or partnership management, preferably in the fintech or digital payments industry.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and lead generation techniques.
- Willingness to travel as needed for partnership meetings and events.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin) are a plus.
