BukuWarung, a leading digital financial solutions provider, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Acquisition Executive (EDC) to join our team in Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring new merchants, promoting our EDC (Electronic Data Capture) solutions, and ensuring merchant success through exceptional relationship management.

You will work closely with local merchants in vibrant areas like Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, and more, helping them grow their businesses while achieving your sales targets.

Responsibility
- Acquire new merchants and onboard them to BukuWarungâs EDC payment solutions.
- Conduct market research to identify potential merchants and business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for EDC acquisitions.
- Provide training and support to merchants on using BukuWarungâs digital payment tools.
- Collaborate with the Merchant Success team to ensure high merchant satisfaction and retention.
- Prepare and present sales reports to management on a regular basis.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, business development, or merchant acquisition.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with digital payment solutions or fintech products is a plus.
- Willingness to travel within Bali to meet with merchants.
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelorâs degree is a plus.
