Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Identify and engage potential clients through cold outreach, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct in-depth needs assessments to tailor mobile/digital solutions for clients.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine messaging and offerings.
- Maintain accurate sales records and forecasts using CRM tools.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to position Mobileminds as a leader.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven track record of 2+ years in B2B sales, preferably in tech, SaaS, or mobile solutions.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote or hybrid environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Self-motivated with a hunter mentality and a passion for exceeding targets.
- Familiarity with the Southeast Asian market is a plus.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are advantageous.
