Responsibility

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Identify and engage potential clients through cold outreach, networking, and referrals.
  • Conduct in-depth needs assessments to tailor mobile/digital solutions for clients.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine messaging and offerings.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and forecasts using CRM tools.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to position Mobileminds as a leader.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven track record of 2+ years in B2B sales, preferably in tech, SaaS, or mobile solutions.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote or hybrid environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
  • Self-motivated with a hunter mentality and a passion for exceeding targets.
  • Familiarity with the Southeast Asian market is a plus.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are advantageous.
