Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve territory sales targets and expand market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, and clinics to promote our medical devices and diagnostic solutions.
- Conduct regular market analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client needs and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns and product launches.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, market conditions, and competitive activities.
- Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to represent the company and build brand awareness.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards in all sales activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the medical devices or healthcare industry.
- Strong understanding of the medical devices market and the ability to identify customer needs.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
