Responsibility
- Process and manage customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely fulfillment and delivery.
- Handle Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) requests, including verification, approval, and coordination with logistics teams.
- Liaise with sales, warehouse, and finance teams to resolve order discrepancies and ensure smooth transactions.
- Maintain and update customer records, order databases, and tracking systems with meticulous attention to detail.
- Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries, complaints, and requests via email, phone, or chat.
- Generate and distribute sales reports, order confirmations, and shipping documentation as required.
- Identify process improvements to enhance order accuracy, reduce turnaround time, and improve customer satisfaction.
- Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and coordinating with suppliers for replenishment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales support, order processing, or customer service roles.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and order management systems (e.g., ERP, CRM).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Proven ability to multitask, prioritize workloads, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly organized with a keen eye for detail and a problem-solving mindset.
- Familiarity with RMA processes, logistics, and supply chain operations is advantageous.
