Responsibility

  • Identify and prospect potential clients in target industries (SMEs, enterprises) to generate new business opportunities for IT solutions.
  • Conduct in-depth consultations to understand client pain points and recommend tailored ERP, cloud, or AI-driven solutions.
  • Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and demonstrations to key decision-makers.
  • Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure seamless handover to implementation teams for client onboarding.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction rates.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies (e.g., SaaS, IoT, cybersecurity) and competitive offerings to position our solutions effectively.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to refine lead generation strategies and participate in industry events or webinars.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and client interactions in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related fields (fresh graduates welcome).
  • Proven track record in B2B sales, IT solutions, or tech consulting (1+ years preferred but not mandatory).
  • Strong understanding of ERP systems, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), or AI applications is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English (additional languages are advantageous).
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote or hybrid environment.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and internal stakeholders at all levels.
