Responsibility
- Identify and prospect potential clients in target industries (SMEs, enterprises) to generate new business opportunities for IT solutions.
- Conduct in-depth consultations to understand client pain points and recommend tailored ERP, cloud, or AI-driven solutions.
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and demonstrations to key decision-makers.
- Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure seamless handover to implementation teams for client onboarding.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction rates.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies (e.g., SaaS, IoT, cybersecurity) and competitive offerings to position our solutions effectively.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to refine lead generation strategies and participate in industry events or webinars.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and client interactions in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related fields (fresh graduates welcome).
- Proven track record in B2B sales, IT solutions, or tech consulting (1+ years preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong understanding of ERP systems, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), or AI applications is a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English (additional languages are advantageous).
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote or hybrid environment.
- Ability to build rapport with clients and internal stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace and CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings or industry conferences.
