Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, including retailers, supermarkets, and food service establishments.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for assigned territories in Bali.
- Conduct regular market visits to identify new business opportunities and assess competitor activity.
- Present, promote, and demonstrate Commonwealth Foodsâ products to clients through effective sales pitches and product knowledge.
- Monitor inventory levels at client locations and coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure timely deliveries.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and customer feedback to management.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues promptly to maintain high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and product innovations to provide valuable insights to the team.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in the FMCG or food industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B or retail sales environment.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with the Bali market (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.) and its business landscape is a plus.
- Proficiency in English and Indonesian (written and verbal) is required.
- Valid driverâs license and willingness to travel extensively within assigned territories.
- Bachelorâs degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
