Responsibility

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing dealers while identifying and onboarding new dealers to expand market reach.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure dealers receive timely support, training, and resources to meet sales targets.
  • Monitor dealer performance, provide feedback, and implement strategies to improve sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats in the equipment industry.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and promotional activities with dealers to drive mutual growth and profitability.
  • Organize and participate in dealer meetings, training sessions, and industry events to strengthen partnerships.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on dealer performance, market conditions, and sales forecasts to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards in all dealer interactions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in dealer management, sales, or account management, preferably in the equipment or heavy machinery industry.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong business relationships with dealers or clients.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess market trends and dealer performance.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Ability to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
