Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets in the agriculture sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and stakeholders.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market share.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities.
- Provide training and support to sales teams to enhance performance and productivity.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop effective promotional strategies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelorβs degree in Business, Agriculture, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the agriculture or agrochemical industry.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a team effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned regions.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
