Responsibility
- Assist the Sales Manager in developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients, investors, and real estate partners.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights in Bali’s luxury property market.
- Oversee the sales process from lead generation to closing, ensuring a high conversion rate and client satisfaction.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior management.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling property listings and promotional materials.
- Train, mentor, and supervise junior sales staff to enhance team performance and productivity.
- Represent the company at industry events, property viewings, and client meetings with professionalism and expertise.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in real estate, hospitality, or luxury markets.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a high-pressure environment.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with fluency in English and Indonesian.
- Deep understanding of Bali’s property market, including zoning laws, pricing strategies, and client preferences.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- High integrity, ethical standards, and a client-first approach to business.
- Willingness to travel across Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.) as required.
