Responsibility
- Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand market reach for ceramics and building materials.
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques among team members.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, architects, and retail clients.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure product availability.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotions, discounts, and loyalty programs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Proven track record in selling building materials, ceramics, or related products.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze sales metrics and make data-driven decisions.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales forecasting tools.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
