Responsibility
- Identify and engage potential clients through proactive outreach, networking, and lead generation strategies.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements and recommend appropriate accounting and AI solutions.
- Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits and features of our software and services.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive products to position our solutions effectively.
- Provide feedback to the product development team based on client interactions and market demands.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the software, SaaS, or financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, bookkeeping, and tax compliance is a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as needed.
