Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts to drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, operations) to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.
- Prepare and present strategic account reviews, performance reports, and growth forecasts to stakeholders.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability while maintaining client trust.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to provide actionable insights.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Set and track KPIs for account performance, including sales targets, client satisfaction, and retention rates.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Proven track record of at least 3+ years in key account management, sales, or business development, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with a client-centric approach.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop strategic plans to capitalize on opportunities.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
