As a Sales Supervisor, you will oversee daily operations, ensure customer satisfaction, and implement strategic sales initiatives to expand our market presence. Responsibility
- Lead and mentor a sales team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for building materials.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market share in the Bali region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including contractors, architects, and distributors.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with logistics to ensure timely product delivery.
- Analyze sales performance data and provide actionable insights to improve efficiency and profitability.
- Conduct regular market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats.
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure high levels of satisfaction through proactive service.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to design promotions and campaigns tailored to the local market.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in building materials, construction, or distribution.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Excellent command of English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and verbal).
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as needed.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
